This year, we’re highlighting the connection between mental health and creating spaces for calm, reflection, and relaxation—something we’re proud to offer at The Glades’ Sanctuary Room.

A Space for Serenity at The Glades:

Located within our shopping centre, the Sanctuary Room is a quiet retreat designed to offer visitors a moment of peace amidst the busy day-to-day. Whether you need a break from sensory overload, a quiet space to reflect, or simply time to reset, this room is open to everyone looking to prioritise their mental well-being.

How to Find the Sanctuary Room:

Look out for the yellow ‘S’ stickers displayed in many of our shop windows throughout the centre. These stickers indicate stores that are part of our Safe Sanctuary network. If you need support, head to the Guest Service Lounge or any staff member in these stores. They’ll be happy to connect you with one of our dedicated team members, who are always on hand to help—no matter the issue.

Tips to Support Your Mental Health Daily:

In addition to visiting the Sanctuary Room, here are simple ways to boost your well-being:

🌿 Take Breaks in Calm Spaces – Step away from screens and noise to reset your mind.
